I was thinking I had read of someone here ordering from this company, but can't find the post. I placed an order through their online email several days ago, but haven't got a confirmation or anything. Just wondering if anyone can tell me anything about how long it usually takes to hear from them, and to get the order.

It usually takes about 2 weeks or so to get them through the mail, cause they have to go through the border.  As far as them not responding to you, I would send them an email to confirm they got the order if it were me.  I've never had any issues with them.

Thanks guys. Parker, I'll send them an email tomorrow to make sure they got the order.  On the website, it says they ship and then you pay. Is this right? It don't matter to me, I've just never ordered from them before and just trying to figure out the best way to handle it. Looks like they have an awesome selection of dowels for sure.

 :wacko:  Shoot.....I can't remember how payment worked.  I just remember getting it in a timely fashion with the consideration of it crossing the border, and the folks were very easy to deal with.  I'm pretty sure its just a one-man operation.

I emailed him last night, and got an answer this morning. He said my order was ready and would ship today or tomorrow. Thanks guys.
