Tone board drilling jig/ full expanding mandrel
« on: March 13, 2010, 01:46:43 PM »
I am designing a tone board drilling jig that will drill a perfect centred hole every time! No more throw aways, I also I have working on a full expanding mandrel that expands the full length of the barrel and not just 2" these are available in 2mt 1/2" to 7/8".

Sure will! just tried out my drilling jig proto type today and drilled out (15) 5/8" dowels mounted in my tone board jig and not one failure! This might just work!!!  I will be installing drill guides in the drill jig so you can step up or step down on the tone board Chanel size if you like!!!
