From what I can make out from the pic's... it looks real good.  I would like to see a brighter picture.

Looks pretty good David.  Checkered calls are hard to get good pics of.  Very impressive with the top of the panel, as it has a nice sweeping arc.  That is tough to do with straight tools.  I'll be looking forward to some more pics.  It looks like you have about 16 lpi?  Great start to checkering and it looks like you are getting the hang of it quite well.  It only gets easier from here!
