For you acrylic lovers

Made a few duck calls from some acrylic. I am really loving this stuff. First two have black pearl inserts with clear acrylic for the toneboards. Second two are for a customer that requested single reed open echo inserts.

You do some great work with acrylic.  The only thing I seen that you might want to consider is when using the echo inserts try and lightly sand them down and polish to get rid of the plastic mold marks on them.  Your barrels are to perfect for the insert to take away from the call.  Just a sugestion they look really really sharp though.

Thanks for the suggestion John. I just may have to give that a try. I did sand the back side of the toneboard so the molding mark didnt scratch the inside of the call.
Honestly after sanding all of these call today I am all sanded out so it will have to wait til later this week.

That is a fine looking set of calls.  Mark
