More Texas Twisters
« on: July 28, 2010, 07:27:46 PM »
These calls are alos part of my Texas Twister's series, I haven't made any of these in a long time, mainly because of the amount of time spent cutting and sanding.  I first turn the call's basic shape and then freehand cut the grooves using the mini saw and the knife to cut the grooves. Once the basic shape is cut, I then start sanding to smooth out all of the cuts.  The bore is straight 1/2" all the way through which makes these calls super raspy.
